One level home with a one car attached garage. 0.36+/- acre level yard is great for pets, children or a nice outdoor game with a barbeque and gas fire pit as well as deck for unwinding after a busy day in the great outdoors. This home has 15 different restaurants all within 1.2 miles. The Moore Dam Reservoir is 3.8 miles away and a great place to swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard and boat. We had an excellent stay! The neighborhood was quiet but less than a mile to downtown. The house had all the amenities we needed for the whole stay, including a nicely stocked kitchen. Overall a very nice and clean house. I'd absolutely stay there again.

We had a great time! House was spotlessly clean. Has a giant fenced in back yard which our dogs and all of us enjoyed immensely. Was only about a 10 minute walk to downtown Littletons shops, breweries and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. We even got a message the day of check-in that we could head up early if we wanted. Enough room for mine and my brothers family. We will absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Douglas!

Our stay at Doug's was perfect. The house was just as described. Very clean, stocked with essentials, and in a great location. I highly recommend and would rent again if we were to stay in the area!

This was our second time staying here, and it was equally as amazing as our first. Great backyard for a dog in a quiet neighborhood and so close to Littleton Main Street…highly recommended!

Wedding Weekend

We had a lovely stay in Littleton and had such a great time at Doug’s neat, well-appointed and cozy house! It had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway, and we loved exploring a bit of the neighboring towns.
