The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus a loft and rec room with additional sleeping space. Downstairs, you’ll find a screened-in porch and easy lake access via a private dock equipped with a tiki bar and operational boat lifts (ski, pontoon, and 2 jet ski lifts). Guests have full access to the entire house, except 2 closets reserved for the owners.

Other details to note:
Owners offer use of Kayaks, wake boards, stand up paddle board, and other non-motorized water toys as well as life jackets.

Please let us know that everything is functioning and in great condition upon arrival, otherwise we will consider the property in great shape.

Trash cans need to stay at the road where they are located.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- NO dogs in the pool.
- We allow up to 3 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee $175.
