The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2\. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3\. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4\. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten wood. Very displeasing odor. I held the room with a credit card and my husband gave them another one to bill the room to and they used the first instead of the one he gave them. We wouldn't stay there again. Once we got in our room, which was around 9:00 pm, we were too scared to leave. There was no way they could afford the rooms bc it was expensive even for us. This hotel was not well maintained. The back entrance did not work with a key, so it was propped open with a rock--not safe. It was 90 degrees out in June and the pool was not open. The room was musty and damp. Coffee maker did not work, only 3 towels provided, and no soap--the owners need to fix the property up . The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They were apologetic about the broken door and pool which was out of their control.
