Jan 3, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Tolle Ferienwohnung zentral in List Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die auch exakt so aussieht und hergerichtet ist, wie in den Bildern gezeigt (extra Plus: eine der wenigen Anzeigen die auch einen Grundriss der Wohnung bieten - ist das so schwer oder machen das die wenigsten?).Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und für sechs Personen (wir waren fünf) gut geeignet. Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet - großer Kühlschrank und separater Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden, ebenso wie Teller, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso-Maschine etc. Ein Brotmesser wäre schön gewesen, ist aber kein Beinbruch. Für die TV-Freaks: nicht nur im Wohnzimmer, sondern auch in jedem Schlafzimmer findet sich ein Fernseher. Die Lage ist zwar in der Nähe der Hauptstraße zum Hafen, war aber nicht weiter zu hören, denn die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe. Derzeit sind zwei Baustellen nicht allzu weit entfernt - die waren im Winter aber nicht in Betrieb.Zum Hafen und den verschiedenen Gosch-Restaurants sind es nur 5min zu Fuß, auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße findet sich ein Edeka, eine kleine Einkaufsstraße mit einem schönen Restaurant. Ein direkt der Wohnung zugewiesener Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit.Weil nie alles ganz perfekt ist: die Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern sind zwar groß, bieten für die Größe aber wenig Ablagen (Fächer). Die Betten waren ok - für meinen Geschmack könnten sie einen Tick härter sein. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Die Abwicklung über die Agentur hat super geklappt. ##### Michael S.
