The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Ericeira, a beautiful fishing village renowned worldwide as a Surfing Reserve. It's also close to several beaches such as Foz do Lizandro, Ribeira D’Ilhas, and Praia do Sul.
The recently renovated property features an open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto the terrace and pool areas, allowing you to enjoy the seamless indoor-outdoor experience. It consists of two bedrooms: one en-suite with a king-size bed, and another with a bunk bed — a single on top and a double on the bottom. There is also an extra bed and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub."
Guests will have access to the entire house, a private 7x4 meter swimming pool, and access to the pool area secured with a child safety gate.
The neighbourhood is peaceful, conveniently close to the town centre, shops, and the four surrounding beaches, eliminating the need for a car. For surf enthusiasts, this apartment is ideal as it offers access to some of the best surfing spots in Portugal right in the neighbourhood, along with areas for skateboarding.
Guests can explore the charming village of Ericeira and its main monuments, as well as attractions in nearby Mafra, including the Mafra National Park, Palace, Basilica, Convent, and hiking trails with opportunities to spot wildlife and family-friendly activities. Additionally, within a short distance lies Sintra, boasting attractions like the Monserrate Palace, Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, Quinta da Regaleira, and the Chalet da Condessa d'Edla.
We're incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their desires or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we're here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.

Late check-in (after 20h - 30€; after 22:00h - 50€)
Earlier check-in (between 10:30 and 12h - 50€; between 12h and 15h - 30€)
Late check-out (after 12h – 30€; after 15h – 50€; after 17h – night price)

For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.
If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
