Welcome to my property!  
  
This delightful 365 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.  
  
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and make delicious meals.  
  
There are three beautiful bedrooms. The first one includes a queen-size bed; the second one has a double bed; and the third bedroom includes a single bed - all of the beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.   
  
The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
During your stay, take advantage of the nearby amenities, such as cozy cafes, trendy restaurants, and charming boutiques. Indulge in the rich culinary scene, sampling delicious traditional dishes and sipping on famous drinks.  
  
Kindly note that the property is equipped with an exterior security camera.  
  
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Sintra, nestled amid the lush hills of the Serra de Sintra, is a town in Portugal renowned for its enchanting blend of historic architecture, natural beauty, and cultural richness. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, Sintra draws tourists from around the globe, offering a captivating journey through time and aesthetics.  
  
The town's crown jewel is the Pena Palace, an opulent romanticist creation that graces the hilltop with its vibrant colours and eclectic architecture. Its panoramic views and fairy-tale ambience make it a must-visit attraction.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest bus station, Sintra, Lgo Sousa Brandão (Casa Cantoneiros) is just a 3-minute walk.  
  
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Just a short walk to the center of Sintra. You can enjoy all of the restaurants and action during the day and then retreat to this beautiful property in the hills above the center. Highly recommend this property.
