The apartment is located in a century-old building that has been completely restored, yet we’ve preserved all its traditional features, including Portuguese tiles, wooden floors, and ceilings; it even has an original wood-burning oven (though it’s currently only decorative). It is a unique Portuguese home that offers you all the comforts you could wish for during a wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more.

The property is located just 600 meters from the famous Praça do Comércio. The area is home to monuments, museums, and restaurants. Take a walk along the nearby Tagus River and relax at one of its many cafes.

The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800 meters away, and there are public elevators (50 m away from our apartment). A supermarket and public parking are just around the corner, as are many restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing spots; nevertheless, the street where our apartment is located is a little quiet. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

- No parties or events—strict policy!

- This is a residential building. We have neighbors and must respect them. Our place is suitable for families and friends who want to relax and have a good time. It is not suitable for loud groups who want to drink, listen to loud music, and party.

- Always close the building’s door;

- Please avoid making noise in the stairwell;

- Quiet hours: No noise between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as required by Portuguese law.

- No pets;
