With three spacious bedrooms, it is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy atmosphere, where every detail has been carefully thought out to provide comfort and functionality. The open-space kitchen allows everyone to enjoy together the dining and living room! Fully equipped, it offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The integrated two-sided fireplace allows you to enjoy a fire as the focal point of a space that is the heart of the house! One bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with one single bed, both equipped with a desk, providing a comfortable space for those who need to combine work and leisure during the holidays, and one double bedroom, ideal for up to 5 people. Two bathrooms, both with windows, BBQ, and terrace, complete this holiday home for those seeking a combination of comfort, functionality, and proximity to the most charming places in Sintra and surroundings. The tourist municipal tax, in the amount of €2, is applied per night and per guest, from the age of 13, up to a maximum of 3 nights per stay. The collection and settlement of the tourist tax must be paid to the management of the local accommodation. This tax is intended to be applied to projects, studies, equipment, or infrastructure that have an impact on the quality of tourism in the Municipality of Sintra from a perspective of sustainable growth in the long term.
