Linwood Warren Tours and Activities

We had booked a quad deluxe room for 4 people with two double beds. Upon arrival we were given a room with one double bed. The staff, by their own account, had no idea whatsoever about the hotel and facilities. They asked to come see the room to confirm, which is unbelievable. They weren't able to provide the booked room and we had to make do with two camping beds instead of our booked facilities. Do not go here

The kitchen and the bar people were very helpful . The reception staff were all great but check in person could have been better . Overall experience good . The telephone in the room was not working and inspite of bringing to the attention of the front desk people , it never got fixed during our one night stay
