"We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. "It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay."
