It can sleep up to 6 people . The Victorian house has many original features but also has all the mod cons you’ll need to have a very comfortable stay . There are two king size bedrooms upstairs and a luxurious bathroom with cast iron bath and powerful shower . Downstairs there’s a further bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower room . There is a lovely lounge , and orangery with large screen tv and comfy sofas , just right for a great night in ! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal that can be served in the elegant dining room . There is a patio and pretty gardens to enjoy in the warmer weather . The house is family friendly and toys, games , baby equipment can all be provided on request . Complimentary towels and toiletries are Guide / assistance dogs are always welcome . Wayside is located in a rural setting and there are some lovely villages with country pubs and attractions only a few minutes drive away . You can be in the city of Lincoln within 20 minutes to enjoy the historical sights , fabulous restaurants and shops . The Lincolnshire coast is within an hours drive and there are plenty of places around for family days out . The beds were really comfortable and the house had such a great feel, we didn’t want to go home and would have loved to stay longer. The spacious rooms made it the perfect place to get our hair and make up done, allowing the photographer to get photos easily. The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. The host was absolutely amazing, very welcoming and friendly and decorated the house with balloons and left a bottle of bubbly as an extra surprise, which was so lovely and very appreciated. Incredibly well equipped. This house is beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. The owner has taken such care to think about everything we might need. It sleeps six easily. Everything including food, toiletries and appliances are provided to make your stay very enjoyable. The chocolate cupboard was a big hit when watching a movie on Now TV . There is a charge for certain items such as freezer food but it is very small and well worth it for the convenience of having food and snacks readily available. The sun room was amazing along with the power shower and roll top bath...... overall a great place to stay and we are definitely planning on going back soon. ##### Sarah Y. The house is everything the pictures show and more, the owners attention to detail and generous extras are amazing.
