Second bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, 50" LED TV with cable and streaming, DVD player, full bathroom and walk-in closet. Kitchen with breakfast bar and 3 stools, dining area with seating for 6. Living room area features gas fireplace, A/C, 55" LED TV with cable and streaming, and dvd player. Less than a 1 minute walk inside the building to access the indoor or outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, 3 saunas and the game room. Fantastic location-walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free shuttle bus to Loon during ski season-weekend, holidays and Christmas School Week. WIFI. Great In town location-close to restaurants and shops. Recently renovated Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo with updated full kitchen, dining area, living room and deck. This is a 2nd Floor unit with elevator access. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of this unit. This unit is located on the quiet and cooler side of the building. You will not see or hear the busy/noisy road traffic on Rt 112 ( Main St.). Relax on the deck after a long hike and enjoy mountain views. Recently updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and cabinets, a granite counter top along with a new sectional sofa in the living room. Upon reserving my condo, you will be provided with detailed instructions with photos of the lockbox and door lock along with a confirmation letter. The door code is sent via email, two days before your arrival. The condo door has a deadbolt keypad lock. It is convenient since you do not need to carry a key for the unit door. We follow stringent cleaning practices; we’ll be sanitizing the homes using disinfectants, disinfecting products once more on all high-touch hard surfaces on their way out. We have also left cleaning supplies for your use. Master bedroom offers King bed with pillow top mattress, 32" LED TV with cable, full bathroom and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom offers 2 large Queen beds with pillow top mattresses,50" LED TV, Cable TV,DVD player, full bathroom and walk-in closet. The maximum occupancy is six. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast bar and 3 stools, granite dining area with table and 4 chairs and a bench. Licensed by NH Dept. of Revenue- M&R License: 050889 Our complex is located across from Loon Mountain in the center of town and a short walk to several restaurants and pubs. It is a great location and is only a mile to the lifts at Loon. The river is located across the street from out complex. Our family friendly condos are located on the second floor and offer all the comforts of home. The master suite in this unit has a king bed with pillow top mattress while the large second bedroom has 2 queen beds with pillow top mattresses. We have provided a pack and play to make it easier for guests travelling with infants and toddlers. Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on our our large balcony. Unwind in our cozy living room in front of the fireplace while watching a movie on our 50" LED television or playing a board game. There is access to streaming services by using your own accounts. Our condos are equipped with hi speed broadband wireless internet service. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, health club with free weight, circuit training machines, cardio machines and a racquetball court. These amenites are at the Nordic Inn and there is no additional fee, Our well appointed full kitchen will fulfill all your cooking needs. This unit has a granite top dining room table with seating for six. We have also supplied an electric George Foreman barbecue on the deck for each unit. Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited due to the town fire code. If you are not in the mood to cook, our condos are located a short walk to area restaurants. There are three flat panel LED televisions with Cable TV. The unit is a non smoking condo and no pets are allowed. The unit has a large air conditioner in the living room and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom. The unit is on the shady side of the building so air conditioning is rarely needed. There is also NO resort fee. The Nordic Inn Board of Directors has decided that effective immediately, if you cause the building alarm to activate for a non-emergency, such as ventilating your unit due to burnt cooking, the unit owner will be assessed a $500 fee. This fee will be passed onto the guest if they or their guests are responsible for the fire alarm going off. The fire department responds if the alarm goes off and the entire building must be evacuated. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Skiing: Loon Mountain Resort (1.5 miles), Cannon Mountain Ski Resort (11miles), Waterville Valley Resort (28 miles) and Bretton Woods (29 miles). The Nordic Inn complex is centrally located and close to attractions and walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Location is perfect for skiing Loon and Cannon, plus there are so many restaurants close by. The kitchen had everything we needed...even drip and kcup coffee makers! The location is excellent for skiing and going out downtown. My family really enjoyed the resort hot tub and game room in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay.Tip: there are lots of spices, but you'll need to bring all other food stuffs including your own coffee / Keurig pods. We stayed as two couples coming to New Hampshire to experience the fall colors. We loved this Condo and the many things we were able to see and do while there. We used the condo as a home base, staying for 3 nights, exploring during the day and coming back to this nice, peaceful home in the evenings. Everything as advertised with this condo is accurate. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was extremely quiet when we were there. John, our host, was welcoming, provided insights on things to do there, checked in frequently on how everything was and provided great instructions on how to access the condo. John was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been any more accommodating. The condo is in great shape and fully stocked with everything listed and then some. Coffee filters, sugar, spices. All the cooking utensils you could possibly need. Well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper as well. The unit is super clean and the beds are new and super comfortable. Only a couple of minutes to the slopes with a shuttle that runs on weekends. As soon as I booked, John sent out a whole packet of information with check in instructions, places to eat, how to best use the facilities on site, how to use the locks and lock box if you arrive after hours. Super easy check in and check out. John sends you the codes for everything a couple of days before you arrive and everything worked flawlessly. I will definitely be staying here again...... Tons of dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowls etc. your choice between a standard coffee pot and a Keurig machine. The sectional couch placed next to the gas fireplace was my favorite spot to cozy up and watch some movies. We had a blast playing a monopoly games that last two whole days. Yes there is a closet with lots of games to choose from. The indoor pool & Hot tub was VERY CLEAN. The little game room was fun as well. The host IS SUPER NICE & very helpful. I love that once I booked I got sent a little package of attractions & restaurants around the area. That was very helpful to planning our trip. This was our first holiday without out my gramps who was the pillar in our family. The home & cozy vibes helped us stay happy and comfortable as we managed to get through our thanksgiving without him.
