As far as the room goes the shower tub was plugged which I had to unplug and one of the room windows would not close far enough to even lock so I had to improvise to secure our room. We wanted to be able to pack a cooler bag for the day but had no way to keep our ice packs frozen. I also would have liked some basic instructions for the washer/dryer unit. ..."
