I just finished my 10days stay at Park INN. The hotel is very safe as a lady traveling alone, I was looking for safe hotel and I found it in Park Inn and at Radison blu(I stayed there in December). Not far from restaurants, about 5minutes away from the airport. The free hotel shuttle was awesome! My flight arrived at 4AM and the Shuttle was there, waiting for us. The service the Radison/park INN was great. I love the fact that they have a back up generator in case of power outage. And thank you for the cleaning crew and they are also nice on replenishing your water supply in your room. I truly appreciate having free two large water bottle every morning. Since it’s hot I drank lots of water. So thank for that. The hotel has two large swimming pool a very nice gym and of course the amazing buffet. Don’t hesitate to book it. You won’t regret it!

I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.

I have stayed here several times, but today I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM. It was impossible to check in before 3:00 PM unless I paid extra. They wanted an additional 8,000 per hour. I travel around 200 days a year, and this is the first time I’ve had to wait until 3:00 PM unless paying extra. First time I’ve experienced this. I would not choose this hotel if you are hoping to get check-in before 3:00 PM. Otherwise, the hotel is quite okay. The breakfast does not have as large a selection as Radisson Blu Hotel. The beds and rooms are perfectly decent.

I arrived at 5 am so had easted almost a day due to flight timings. I tried to negotiate a late checkout, again because of my return flight time, however there was no give and take and a flat no. The hotel was fine but some of the staff, especially the bar staff, were, on occasion, quite rude (with the exception of one guy who was awesome).

If you need help or if you have questions, the hotel answers after 1 week, when it is too late - or even not! I got no visa for gabun and they even didn't answer to my question if a change of date is possible! Terrible hotel! Never again!

Not great

Room was not ready at prescribed check-in time. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Lucky I had cash at checkout because they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t accept credit card for the city tax.

It too one hour to get checked in The manager on duty tool for ever to do the paperwork. I had to forward the Expedia reservation as they claimed they did not receive it from Expedia. The room smelled And I requested to extend until 14;30 and had to pay half the price of a full day. Was not happy at all with the reception.

Personnel de reception impoli, et non professionnel. Je voulais prolonger mon séjour d’une nuitée à mon arrivée, le réceptionniste me confirme qu’il est possible de le faire le jour meme (après 2 jours). Lorsque je voulais prolonger après 2 jours, on me surprend qu’il n’ y aucune disponibilité. C’était une expérience terrible vu que la réceptionniste ne m’a trouvé aucune solution et l’établissement n’a pas pu honorer la parole de son personnel a mon arrivée. Traitement nul de la situation, je ne recommande pas cet établissement
