We have a big luggage we have to move it from level 4 through stairs. lucky we are just at level 4. There is a convenient store but prices are over double of normal price. Ask them to call a taxi to centraal which i checked rated $30 by Uber but they charged us $70."

"Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes "

"We were told upon arrival that we were being placed in their sister property with “bigger rooms;” however this meant being separated from the amenities we were hoping to use such as the pool and spa. The staff was not helpful or understanding why we were bothered by this change. That being said, The room we were given, which was at the Residence Inn, was very spacious and clean; however, we did not use the pool or spa because we would have had to exit our building, cross the parking lot, and enter another hotel. "
