Although it’s a historic renovation the updated fixtures and modern improvements are evidence that a lot of love went into the work. The inside rooms are very pleasant, especially the living room with the giant coffee table. My daughter loved the backyard! She spotted dozens of squirrels, some bunnies, and countless birds. The problem we had was the fact someone lives upstairs in the home. Unfortunately, my husband is a light sleeper so the noise of someone living above us was disturbing. It could be very loud sometimes which isn’t a problem during the day, but often was in the middle of the night. The description says we only have downstairs but we have stayed in places where that was the case, but not because someone lived in the other part of the house. Just that the other part was off limits to us. The owner was nice but there was nothing he could do to help. Just wish the description would include this.
