Facilities  
  
It is not necessary to book a slot if wanting to fish at the lakes as this can be done on the day and paid to the bailiff. However, there is now a fishing App in place where a guest can book called Gocatch.fish and any enquiries can be made via swanboroughfishinglakes.com. We no longer book fishing packages for guests as the lakes are a completely separate business from Swanborough Lakes.  
  
Rod licence and equipment is required.  
  
  
  
Please be aware although parking is close to the lodges there is a short walk/pathways to the accommodation.  
  
  
  
The park only accepts dogs as a pet.

Please be aware there is a swipe of credit card (pre authorisation) or if by debit card a £250 security deposit. This will be payable on arrival or may be requested prior to arrival via phone (this will be refunded within 14 days).

PLEASE NOTE: The park will be carrying out some necessary tree surgery to a few of the trees on Friday the 12th of May 2023. The affected trees are on the outside border of the Lodge park between the park and the lakes. This will be happening sometime between the hours of 9-4pm. We don’t anticipate this will cause you any concern or inconvenience to your stay but wanted to share this with you in advance out of courtesy.
