### 85 m² apartment, 3 rooms, kitchen, shower, 15 m² south-west facing balcony

Perfect bright apartment for 2-4 people and small children. The completed apartment is located on the top floor of our house and has a living / dining room with an open large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a double bed 180x200, modern bathroom with shower, tub and FBH. A large southwest-facing balcony with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol goes directly from the living room.  
Baby bed and high chair free of charge.  
Train connection in 5 minutes on foot and in 18 minutes in the city !! Lake 5km

A very nice and tidy place in the south of Leipzig. Super well equipped kichen, great terrace. A bit far in the south but close to may scenic places like the Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Host is very friendly

#### Sehr erholsame Tage

Wir waren sehr angetan von der ruhigen Lage des Hauses und davon, wie schön und perfekt ausgestattet die Wohnung ist. Und alles war picobello sauber. Zum Zentrum von Leipzig sind es etwa acht Kilometer, aber mit dem Rad ist es eine sichere und schnelle Strecke. Zum südlich gelegenen "Neuseenland" liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöne,liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Nette Vermieter und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Bis Zentrum Leipzig ca.10 Minuten mit dem Auto. #### Tolle Unterkunft in Stadtrandlage, ideal um Leipzig zu erkunden.

Die Unterkunft ist in ca. 5 Min. von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen und in einer ruhigen, verkehrsarmen Wohngegend gelegen. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufsgelegenheiten zu Fuß in 10-15 Min. erreichbar, die Restaurantdichte ist allerdings nicht sehr groß. Ein gutes asiatisches Lokal, sowie ein Schnitzellokal sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die freundlichen Vermieter bemühen sich um ihre Gäste, sind ansonsten aber angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir haben von hier aus Leipzig und Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkundet, waren total begeistert und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Eine sehr moderne,funktional eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung. Die Anbindung an die Leipziger Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ausgezeichnet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Wohnung für einen längeren Familien- und Enkelbesuch genutzt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht, leider sind Stühle, Bett, uwm. schon sehr abgelebt. Was mich besonders gestört hat, das der Anzeige nicht deutlich hervor ging das die Badewanne nicht benutzt werden darf. Parkplatz Situation war mit 2 Autos auch sehr bescheiden. Unternehmungen/ Ausflüge waren von dort aus immer gut und schnell erreichenbar.

Wir haben eine kurze Auszeit gesucht und haben diese bei der super freundlichen Familie Schleebaum gefunden! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig im Grünen , man ist aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum von Leipzig, aber auch an vielen Seen. #### Wie zu Hause

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts! So gar Gewürze, Küchenrolle und Folien waren da. Auch für unsere 3 jährige Tochter war alles da: Kinderbett inkl. süßer Bettwäsche, Spielzeug und Bücher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den nächsten Aufenthalt merken wir uns diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall!

#### Mehr als man sich wünschen kann!!!

Das Objekt hat eine sehr ruhige Lage im Grünen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil es gab viel mehr als man erwarten und sich vorstellen kann. Riesen Lob, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung, Top ausgestattet! Wir haben selten so eine tolle Ferienwohnung gemietet, es wurde an alles was man so braucht gedacht! Wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst ...Die Lage ist sehr ruhig; Pluspunkt war auch die Vermietung von Fahrrädern.

#### Gemütliche FeWo in ruhiger Randlage

Wir hatten 4 Nächte in dieser funktionell gut geschnittenen, umfänglich ausgestatteten und sehr gemütlichen FeWo im OT Meusdorf. Unser Vorteil lag klar in der sehr guten Anbindung über die Tram in die Innenstadt, als auch die ruhige Lage im Grünen von der auch zu Fuß (eigener Fahrradverleih steht alternativ zur Verfügung) längere Spaziergänge zu den Parkanlagen und Stadtwäldern im Westen bis zum Ausee möglich waren. Unsere Vermieter waren absolut hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und damit sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war vorbildlich. Wir sagen vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Wir können diese FeWo für Städtetouren nach Leipzig und die schöne Umgebung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super Wohnung, freundliche und kompetente Vermieter, gute Lage, perfekte Ausstattung der Wohnung mit vielen vielen nützlichen Kleinigkeiten. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause, es ist einfach alles da. Großes Lob für absolut perfekte Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und der Balkon ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen weiter.

#### Schöne Wohnung, bestens ausgerüstet

Beginnend mit einem herzlichen Empfang, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in der bestens eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Lage war ideal, 2 Minuten zur Straßenbahn und guter Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge.

Sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und das wichtigste: man braucht nichts mitbringen. Es gibt einfach alles dort von Gewürzen bis hin zum kinderspielzeug. Mein Kind hat sich unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen.
