Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible experience with Hotel Stendel and Hotels.com. Room 102 (Superior Hill View) was unlivable: Crusted feces in the toilet, broken seat, cistern leaking water non-stop, and black hair all over the floor and shower drain (I have blonde hair). The mirror was cracked and smudged, and there was a spider on the curtains. An external generator ran right next to the room all night until 9 AM, making sleep impossible. Hill View only overlooked parked cars and construction. Front desk was rude and refused a room change. Hotels.com offered no real support, only a useless 5 EUR credit. I am processing a bank chargeback. Avoid both. Pésima experiencia con Hotel Stendel y Hotels.com. La habitación 102 (Superior Hill View) estaba inhabitable: Heces incrustadas en el váter, tapa rota, cisterna perdiendo agua sin parar y pelos negros en suelo y ducha (soy rubio). Espejo roto y sucio, y una araña en la cortina. Un generador al lado de la habitación funcionó toda la noche hasta las 9 AM, impidiendo dormir. Vistas a coches y obras. Recepción borde, negándose al cambio. Hotels.com no da soporte y solo ofrece 5 EUR. He solicitado un chargeback a mi banco. Evitad ambos.
