### Villa Helena

Villa Helena: Total internal living space: 155 M2.Total house area 200 M2.The house is in a land property of 4,2 acres together with Villa Eirini which is detached.The villa sleeps 6-8 persons in three bedrooms and has three bathrooms. The kitchen consists of a dinning table for 6 persons, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils including a juice extractor, a multi mixer, a steam cooker, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, 4 cooker rings, oven with grill, a cooker hood, a big refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine espresso and a dishwasher. Living room: consists of 2 sofas with a capacity of 3 persons each. There is also 1 lounge chair, a fire place, wireless home theatre, stereo with radio functions, P/S3, Wi-Fi internet connection, board games and a variety of movies (DVD’s) to watch. The villa has a private swimming pool 5x 8 meters and 1.8 meters maximum depth. There is a stone BBQ area with a covered patio and a marble table for 6-8 persons.  
  
The 200 m2 internal space consists of the following levels:   
  
0-Α level  
On the first level a large bedroom with en-suit bathroom is located. The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a sofa bed, furniture with mirror, a spacious wardrobe, 22' TFT TV and a HI-FI system. It is accessible indoors and outdoors through an independent entrance.   
The bathroom is fully equipped and contains a Jacuzzi bathtub.  
  
0-B level  
The second level includes a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with mirror, a TFT 22' TV and a HI-FI system.   
  
1-A level  
On this level you can find a spacious living room with an open kitchen accessible both by the central entrance and by an assisting entrance as well as a balcony with view.   
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a home cinema with USB entrance, PS3 console with games and a HI-FI system.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair and a dining table.  
In the balcony a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated.  
  
1-B level  
On the upper level a bedroom with a a bathroom is situated. The bedroom offers a double King size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with a mirror, 22’ TFT TV and a HI-FI sound system.  
The bathroom includes a shower with hydro massage.

Es waren fantastische 3 Wochen !Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet, wasman für den Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird täglich!!! gereinigt, es sind genügend bequeme Liegen vorhanden und eine Sitzgruppe, so dass man den Pool auch wirklich genießen kann.Strände, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man in der Nähe.Eirini hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank waren Erfrischungsgetränke und ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Essen für uns. Eirini hat sogar für den Geburtstag meiner Frau eine Tortenach unseren Wünschen und Prosecco organisiert, ohne dafür Geld zu verlangen wo findet man heute noch so etwas. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal von uns allen.Die Lage von der Ferien Villa ist perfekt, alle bekannten Strände von Lefkada sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.Wir können die Villa für Familien sehr empfehlen.

Fantastic Villa with a beautiful view close to the lovely Vasiliki. Eirini is an excellent host, so friendly and helpful. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance but we struggled to tear ourselves away from the large pool and balcony with the most comfy chairs ever! Villa is well maintained, very clean and has everything you need for a brilliant break. Just be aware that the trade off for the view is a steep drive and quite a few steps. Would recommend Eirini’s villas 100%.

#### Amazing

Review! Irene’s home was amazing. She has truly thought of everything to make this an incredible home to stay in. From fresh linens, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a gloriou 10/10s pool, to the exceptionally clean home, this is truly a gem. On site parking and a quick walk to the shops/beach made the location of her home ideal. She greeted us upon entry, and was there as we left to ensure the process of checking in and out was seamless. I would not consider staying anywhere else after our trip here.

Great family holiday - Wonderful villa, stunning views, v friendly and helpful owner… even giving lifts from supermarket as we had no car. Great patio, BBQ and pool area. The only downside for us was the very steep walk back up from the beach area in the very high temperatures - maybe a car would have been a good idea!

What a beautiful villa ! The views, the swimmingpool, the nearby restaurants, it could not be better ! Eirini was the perfect hostess, so nice and easy to reach. Everything was in walking distance, the only challenge was the walk back home to the villa 🙂

#### Beautiful Villa overlooking Vasiliki

We had a fabulous week at Villa Helena, the view from the pool and BBQ area is spectacular. Whether its whiling away a day watching the windsurfers or floating on a lilo in the pool the villa is a spacious haven to relax and unwind. Being able to walk down the the beach, to the supermarket or get a short cab to the port for diner was fantastic. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and Eirini was fabulous whenever we had and questions or needed any help.

#### What a view!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived Eirini ensured we had everything we needed and dealt with any minor problems quickly and efficiently. This is a villa with a wonderful view from every window. Vasiliki is typical of a Greek fishing port. It has a village feel at the end where the villa is and is bustling around the port area. 5 minute walk to about 6 tavernas and a supermarket as well as the beach. Probably about another 20 minute stroll to the port area. The villa is good quality and has everything you need for a relaxing quiet time. As good as it is, there is a reason the views are so good as the villa is up on the hillside overlooking the bay. The walk back up from Vasiliki is steady on the roadway but very steep when you come to the villa driveway. My wife and I are both in our sixties and reasonably fit but for anyone who has walking difficulties it is best to avoid. If you are fit enough though then do it as I have never spent so much time admiring the view on holiday. Thanks Eirini you are a wonderful host.

#### THE ULTIMATE 5 STAR VIEW !!

One often looks at an advert and wonder how accurate the pictures actually are of the property and location. Well this beautiful Villa exceeded it with its stunning location and views. I cannot imagine there is a better one in the whole of Lefkada. The views from every part of the villa were beautiful to the point of not wanting to go out!! Eirini the owner was excellent with her communication and was there to meet us on arrival and always quick to answer any questions. The week went far too quickly and I would highly recommend it .

#### Perfekte Villa in Lefkadas Süden

Die Villa liegt in Pondi, das mit Vasiliki zusammen den touristischen Schwerpunkt im Süden Lefkadas bildet, was aber nicht mit anderen Zielen in Griechenland zu vergleichen ist. Unterm Strich ist das dennoch alles sehr klein und familiär. Die Villa hat 3 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine mit allem ausgestatteten Küche. Ferner gibt es einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht, eine große Grillecke und natürlich den Poolbereich. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. Man ist fussläufig in Vasiliki und dennoch ca 50 m der dem Meeresspiegel, so dass sich ein wunderbares Panorama bietet. Die Abwicklung mit Eirini lief perfekt. Sie ist zuverlässig, freundlich, hat viele Tips für die Umgebung. Wir würden diese Villa immer wieder buchen. Das war vermutlich unser bester Urlaub, den wir je in einem Ferienhaus verbrachten.

#### Amazing villa and location

A lovely place to spend a holiday. Authentic greek atmosphere both in the villa and the village of Vasiliki. Absolutely stunning vue over the see and the mountains from the villa and pool area. Calm and relaxing surroundings. Nice and well organized host. Both we and our kids would be happy to return there another time.
