Villa Eirini: Total internal living space: 155 M2.Total house area 200 M2\. The house is in a land property of 4,2 acres together with Villa Eirini which is detached. The villa sleeps 6-8 persons in three bedrooms and has three bathrooms. The kitchen consists of a dinning table for 6 persons, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils including a juice extractor, a multi mixer, a steam cooker, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, 4 cooker rings, oven with grill, a cooker hood, a big refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine espresso and a dishwasher. Living room: Consists of 2 sofas with a capacity of 3 persons each. There is also 1 lounge chair, a fire place, wireless home theatre, stereo with radio functions, P/S3, Wi-Fi Internet connection, board games and a variety of movies (DVD’s) to watch.   
The villa has a private swimming pool 5x 8 meters and 1.8 meters maximum depth. There is a stone BBQ area with a covered patio and a marble table for 6-8 persons.  
  
The 200 m2 internal space consists of the following levels:   
  
0-Α level  
On the first level a large bedroom with en-suit bathroom is located. The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a sofa bed, furniture with mirror, a spacious wardrobe, 22' TFT TV and a HI-FI system. It is accessible indoors and outdoors through an independent entrance.   
The bathroom is fully equipped and contains a Jacuzzi bathtub.  
  
0-B level  
The second level includes a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with mirror, a TFT 22' TV and a HI-FI system.   
  
1-A level  
On this level you can find a spacious living room with an open kitchen accessible both by the central entrance and by an assisting entrance as well as a balcony with view.   
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a home cinema with USB entrance, PS3 console with games and a HI-FI system.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair and a dining table.  
In the balcony a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated.  
  
1-B level  
On the upper level a bedroom with a a bathroom is situated. The bedroom offers a double King size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with a mirror, 22’ TFT TV and a HI-FI sound system.  
The bathroom includes a shower with hydro massage.

#### Great family getaway

We had an amazing time-6 adults and 2 kids. Villa was just right for our needs Very relaxing with local bars and restaurants nearby. Eirini looked after us really well throughout, even drove us to supermarket for a big stock up and showed us the area on our way Massive 👍 from us all

#### Great villa and location

We were a family of 5 with ages ranging from 15 to 83\. The villa is split over 3 floors with several balconies so there was plenty of space for all of us! The views across the bay are spectacular and the pool is a really good size and shape. There are 2 outside eating areas and we enjoyed sitting near the bbq area and looking out across the bay. Eirini was there to greet us when we arrived. She was a very good host as she is knowledgeable about the local area, quickly to came and sort out a minor problem, and easy to communicate with. Eirini has a good sense of humour and makes you feel very welcome. She also left a delicous welcome hamper. A great place to stay. The windsurfing was good too!

The house is great, fully equipped, comfortable bedrooms, several bathroom, great balcony and terras around the pool. Swimming while enjoying the great view on one of the best windsurf beaches.

#### Incredible Villa

We booked as 3 couples, wanting a place to socialise as a group but also have our own space that had a good location close to the beach and restaurants. Eirini’s villa was absolutely perfect, arranged across three floors meaning we had the space we needed. The view over the bay is spectacular and it’s perfectly located for a stroll to the beach and marina with some lovely restaurants and beach bars. The communication with Eirini was super easy, she left a lovely welcome hamper and helped arrange taxi for us from the airport. A gem of a place, we will 100% be back!

It has been a real pleasure staying in Eirini's villa. It is located perfectly - walking distance to beach and tavernas, 2kms from the town of Vassilliki and the ferry that can take you Kefalonia and Ithaca. The villa itself is great - the pool (with a 1.80m depth at the center!), the BBQ area and the layout of the house. The best part is the view from the main terrace, overlooking the entire bay. We watched the Full and Blue Moon from it and it was certainly once in a lifetime experience. Eirini and her family are truly wonderful hosts. They are good, warm people with a 'no-nonsense' approach which I personally appreciate. They are always there when you need them but not an intrusive way. They were able to accommodate a few requests we had and fix whatever problem arose during our stay. Overall, I think was a great experience and wee will certainly be coming back next year.
