High End Faos Villas two

Villa two, part of Faos Villas complex, is designed with three simple principles: contemporary style, modern materials and functional open spaces.

A twin brother of Villa one but with unique interior designing and furnishing creating a completely different experience, memories and images. The house is approximately 100sqm and may accommodate up to 6 guests.

The main part of the villa’s interior is comprised by a reception area with a huge pivot wooden door, a minimal dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace. The eyesight is captured by the huge ring light over the sofa and the sideboard with the turntable.

Special attention has been paid for the decoration of the bedrooms. For the master bedroom it has been selected a blend of modernized wainscoting wall panel with high contrast colors. Furthermore, for our guests’ comfort we are offering a king size multiple layer sleep system (180*210cm) by Coco-Mat. The en-suite bathroom has a high-end built-in bath tab made from special textured tiles. The industrial iron open closet in the second bedroom softens by the light colors of the queen size multiple layer sleep system (160*200cm) by Coco-Mat. A huge stand-alone wash basin sink constitutes the highlight of the second common bathroom.

The exterior spaces are thoughtfully planned, and the exquisite infinity pool of approx. 45sqm stands out creating a balcony with unobstructed view from our olive grove up to Rouda golf while the horizon boundaries are lost around Arkoudi Island. A pergola covers the outdoor dining area offering shade from the revitalizing Mediterranean sun. The enchanting view makes the exterior part ideal for social gatherings.
