You walk through it and exit the back door, and suddenly, you've found paradise. There is a huge deck overlooking Weiss Lake, replete with a large outdoor table and chairs. A walk down a path towards the waterfront opens to a dock that spans about 80% of the property, where I caught 25 small crappie (odd name for a fish you can eat) during our stay. We enjoyed the open concept of the main living/dining area and had all we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. Right next to the water, great dock for fishing, and a perfect retreat for a father and son fishing trip. We enjoyed our stay. The lake view was beautiful! The shower was very small. The main bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the retro games on the video arcade macine. Comfy bed, loved the dock and private boat ramp for our little fishing boat. Close to town, took the boat over to Docks and Decks to eat lunch one day.
