My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I was assigned room 122, which had a leaky air conditioner. I was promised a new room, but apparently, the message wasn't relayed to Jeff, and the room was given away. I was then moved to room that was also in need of repair. My other room was 124, where the TV didn’t work. It's frustrating when basic amenities are faulty. The only saving grace was Jeff, who seemed to be the only staff member who knew what was going on. Overall, a terrible experience, and I won't be staying here again.

I have a service dog which they never complained about. There was a walking area for dog, with easy access. Parking lot had easy access. Very accommodating
