Holiday home 50 is certified 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

Your beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided in your holiday home!

Enjoy a house with high-quality furnishings, superior comfort, and a harmonious overall impression. The house features a lawn in front of the terrace and boasts a particularly beautiful location near the playground and sports field.

The footpath to the nearby bathing lake and hiking trails starts right at the house.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, and kettle.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa with an armchair and a wall unit with a flat-screen TV and radio. A landline telephone and Wi-Fi are also available. Adjacent to the living room is the lovely dining area with a table, a bench, and two chairs, seating up to six people.

There are two separate bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet is in good condition.

The house has a large south-facing terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers. In front of the terrace is a lawn perfect for relaxing. The house is located right next to the playground and sports field and is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. The footpath to the nearby lake begins directly at the house.
