Just steps from Piazza Mazzini, in the heart of Lecce, this brand-new and fully renovated 110 sqm three-room apartment is located on the third floor and offers total privacy and independence. Equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, heating, TV, and a fully furnished kitchen, it's the perfect choice for families with children, couples, or groups of friends.  
  
The spacious living room features a beautiful table suitable for dining or working, a large double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric juicer, coffee machine, and electric kettle.  
  
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which opens onto a private rear terrace. Between the bedrooms, there's a stylish and fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer.  
  
Public paid parking ("blue zone") is available nearby during the hours 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–21:00 from Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays).
