We designed it to be as welcoming as it is beautiful.<br>Its architecture features both large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the light and the view, as well as wooden windows and doors with shutters to allow for ample ventilation.<br>Ideal for lovers of the sea and both leisurely and active water sports, just 7 km from the hustle and bustle of the city, shopping centers, and cultural venues such as the Clément Foundation.<br>Here, it feels like you’re on a little island, but with the advantages of being connected to the mainland. <br>Our NALA villa offers a complete change of scenery and a chance to unwind, with ocean views and a wide range of water activities: kayaks (ours are available for use), license-free motorboats for rent, stand-up paddleboarding, and more.<br><br>The 85 m² deck overlooking the sea is perfect for sunbathing in the gentle morning sun, practicing yoga or meditation as the first rays of the sun appear or during the mild afternoon hours, enjoying an evening aperitif, and sipping your first morning coffee. <br><br>The exceptional location and 180° view of the ocean, the lagoon, and the Thierry and Oscar islets make it the perfect spot for excursions: by kayak, you can paddle to Îlet Madame, or by boat to the Baignoire de Joséphine.
