Laurence was super nice and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—tucked away in a little dream garden full of beautiful plants and trees, yet conveniently close to Le Marin and local shops. It was the ideal base to explore the southern parts of the island. The bungalow itself is very well equipped, and the pool was such a great bonus after long days of exploring. We stayed at the villa Kouri Vini for a week, mixed weather - rain at beginning then glorious sunshine till the end. Breathtaking views from the open kitchen - enjoyed cooking and preparing cocktails there. Lovely layout of the villa and well kept garden. Showers were exceptional - like a spa. We loved the various loungers and the hammock for relaxing outside. We met Laurence and Eric on different occasions and they were very friendly, open and welcoming. Would have been 5 stars except swimming pool was not working for the last three days; dishwasher did not work all week; and not a very easy access to villa on damaged road. Het huis is gelegen in een werkelijk prachtige tuin, in deze tuin zijn nog 2 vakantie huizen. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het heeft een slaap en woonkamer, deze kunnen afgesloten worden. Je leeft voornamelijk buiten. In de heerlijke open keuken staat ook een grote zitbank. Alles in de keuken is ruimschoots aanwezig. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. Het privé zwembad was heel fijn! Bij aankomst stond er een fles rum- punch klaar, we werden hartelijk ontvangen door Laurence. L’habitation est située sur un verger très calme avec palmiers, arbres fruitiers et une superbe vue. Situé à moins de 2 minutes en voiture du Carrefour Market pour les courses, 10 minutes de la belle plage d’Anse Figuier et une 20aine de minutes des Salines, on ne peut demander mieux.Très facile de s’y rendre à partir de l’aéroport en 35-40 minutes. ##### Simon T. Malgré la proximité des maisons on est dans l'intimité. Cuisine ouverte exterieur. Très beau jardin, avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers, les enfants ont beaucoup de place pour jouer. Tous les équipements que l'on peut avoir besoin sont mis à disposition, même un lave vaisselle pour les paresseux^^.. Il y a vraiment tout. Couchage: un grand lit . Un grand canapé lit et un clic clac. Bon après nous avons utilisé très peu de choses . Les sorties étaient de rigueur^^.. Dans la location c était plutôt ambiance chill au bord de la piscine. La piscine est equipée d'un systeme de sécurité que nous n avons pas utilisé. Le soir plusieurs éclairages dans lce beau grand jardin qui nous permets d en profiter même à la nuit tombée. De temps en temps nous avions la présence du chien de la propriétaire qui est vraiment gentil et non bruyant et obéissant. Proximité des belles plages du sud ,de la marina. Qui dit Nature dit être vivant dit petites bébêtes AhAh.. mais pas méchantes^^ Petit bémol pour la Wifi qui est aléatoire et la non possibilité de chauffer la piscine la nuit et le chemin d accès caillouteux et trou pour se rendre à la location. Concernant les propriétaires nous avons été en relation avec Laurence, totalement disponible, à l'écoute. Si vous avez un soucis n hésitez pas. En conclusion, pas déçu, je recommande cette location. La musique à fond en permanence et aucun respect du règlement de la propriété et malgré les appels des propriétaires (en métropole). Nous avons subi 8 jours de bruit sur un séjour de 11 jours. Seule la fille des propriétaires était sur place. Ces voisins nous ont insultés et menacés (insultes racistes et homophobes, jet de bouteille d eau et de cailloux) lors d’une fête autorisée par le propriétaire le vendredi 30 juillet le soir du confinement qui a rassemblé + ou \_ 30 personnes. Musique en boucle nous demandant de rentrer chez nous (n’oublie pas de Guy Al MC)…. Les propriétaires que nous avons eu au téléphone à maintes reprises n’ont pas pu faire quoi que ce soit pour faire cesser les nuisances sonores. Dans toutes les locations en France comme à l étranger, Je n’ai jamais vécu un tel déchaînement de haine et surtout un manque de respect des propriétaires !!! Dommage car le lieu est parfait pour les vacances, comme le mentionne d’ailleurs les propriétaires « le verger de Cedalise se veut se veut un lieu de tranquillité, de repos et de vacances » ##### Laurence M. Sep 1, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Séjour de rêve Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la villa Kouri Vini, elle est très bien située avec tous les commerces, restaurants, bars à la marina, les plus belles plages à 20 minutes en voiture, la dame qui nous a accueill est d'une extrême gentillesse, la villa est plus que bien équipée, nous étions avec un bébé de 1 an et il avait une chaise haute pour manger, un lit très confortable, on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux pour notre 1er voyage avec un bébé, la villa est vraiment sublime, calme, tout était extrêmement propre les lits sont très confortables, nous y reviendrons c est certain ! Je n'ai pas pu rencontrer les propriétaires mais je remercie Laurence pour nos échanges par mail, nous avons été très tristes de quitter la villa. ##### Jessy A. Few words can describe the feeling of staying there due to the breathtaking views from the kitchen over the pool, garden and marina as well as the top-notch amenities provided to the guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with very modern furniture and amenities. Hammock and sun loungers are provided on the terrace, making it very difficult to leave such a wonderful place. The property is just 40 minutes away from the FDF airport, while several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. The amazing Plage des Salines is only 20 minutes away, while generally every other major destination can be easily reached due to the very good roads and the island being relatively small. Least but not last, the owners - Laurence and Eric: wonderful persons, extremely welcoming and friendly. While having a problem with my payment, Laurence communicated with Homeaway staff and solved the issue for me. At the same time, they were extremely nice and allowed us a free late check-out during the last day. Overall, we had an amazing holiday at Kouri Vini and we totally recommend it, the place is a piece of heaven :) We are looking forward to come back there as soon as possible. Nov 28, 2018 #### Ruhe und Erholung in wunderschöner Umgebung Nach einer etwas chaotischen und verspäteten Anreise, hat sich Laurence sofort telefonisch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war und uns dann sehr nett(mit einer Flasche Rum als willkommensgeschenk)am Haus empfangen.Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum!Alles sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet .In der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts und durch die offene Küche und Essbereich direkt am Pool, kann man praktisch seinen ganzen Aufenthalt im Freien verbringen.Nur zum Duschen und Schlafen geht man in die geschlossenen Räume, in denen es auch an nichts fehlt.Der Ausblick über die parkähnliche Anlage runter auf den Hafen ist traumhaft schön . Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.Bei Fragen stand und Laurence jederzeit zur Seite und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen-es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke Laurence,daß wir 2 Wochen dort verbringen durften ##### Nicole h. Des averses parfois soutenues ne nous empêchaient pas de profiter de la partie jour devant la piscine en baissant à moitié les volets roulants. Le site est bien ventilé, ce qui permet de supporter la chaleur; et la piscine y contribue .... La deuxième semaine, la maison à côté était occupée (Ladilafé), mais la disposition permet de ne quasi rien entendre. Quant au chemin d'accès, oui il y a des nids de poules ; nous avions néanmoins une voiture ordinaire (Renault Captur), il suffit de rouler très doucement. En fait, nous nous trouvions si bien avec, de plus, cette vue splendide sur la baie, que nous n'avions pas toujours envie de partir visiter. Comme nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois en Martinique, nous n'avons pas refait les "classiques"; à signaler toutefois le parc botanique et zoologique de l'habitation Latouche au Carbet, très bien aménagé, et la promenade en bateau à fond transparent Aquabulle au Marin, en choisissant une journée ensoleillée. Nous aimons bien changer de location suivant les années, mais, ici, nous avons bien envie de revenir ! Un petit conseil pour finir: n'attendez pas d'être au duty free à l'aéroport pour acheter du rhum; certaines bonnes bouteilles sont 1,5 fois plus chères qu'au supermarché. ##### odette G.
