What an awesome place! Pictures are great, but you really have to see this place in person to truly appreciate it! Such a beautiful property. The pool, the olive trees, the flowers, the rolling hills, this is exactly what I had pictured in my mind when I thought about Tuscany. This was a great base camp to come home to every day after taking day trips throughout the region. From the villa, it was a scenic drive for us to Sienna, Montepulciano, and Pienza. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Luigi provided very helpful information about the villa and surrounding area in advance of our arrival, and was regularly keeping in touch during our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The kitchen has everything that is needed (and more). A really good sized pool, large beds and en-suites for every bedroom was such a bonus. The owner, Luigi, is so approachable, friendly and helpful suggesting places to visit and even organising a vet visit for our dog to have his medical check before our journey home.
