Casa Francesca

The holiday home Casa Francesca is located in a privileged position, immersed in the greenery of a large garden with a private fenced swimming pool, a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda, between Lazise and Peschiera del Garda, in the quiet area of Pacengo.



The property hosts two independent residential units: Casa Francesca (up to 8 people) and Casa Linda (up to 4 people). The two houses share the swimming pool and can also be rented together, proving ideal for large families or groups of friends.



Casa Francesca develops over two levels and offers spacious and comfortable environments. It has four bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor - two double rooms and one with single beds - along with a bathroom, and a double bedroom on the ground floor with an additional bathroom.



The living area consists of a fully equipped habitable kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, dining table and all necessary utensils, including a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a cosy living room with a sofa, satellite TV and fireplace, perfect for moments of relaxation.

A washing machine is available in the external service bathroom.



Outside, the house offers a pleasant sitting area with a dining zone, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. The large garden is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or letting children play safely. The swimming pool, open from mid-May to late September, is completely fenced and is exclusively reserved for guests of the two accommodations.



From the property, you can directly access the lake via a private path that leads to the beaches, where there are also bars and restaurants along the lakefront.



The area of Pacengo is particularly appreciated for its tranquillity and strategic location, far from traffic but very close to main services. In a few minutes, you can reach Lazise and Peschiera del Garda, easily connected by a picturesque cycle and pedestrian path along the lake, perfect for walking or cycling.



In the immediate vicinity, there are also some of the main attractions of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland, Movieland and CanevaWorld, making this solution ideal for both a relaxing holiday and for families with children.
