The bungalow is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday resort. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location by the water. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.

National category 5 stars, 467 accommodations, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi), children's playroom, supermarket, and laundromat. A shuttle to the centre of Lazise can be booked on site.  
  
**Location**  
Fossalta. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Motorbikes are not permitted on the campsite and must be parked outside. The charging stations for electric cars on the campsite are free of charge.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and telephone. Television reception is via satellite.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August). Children's pool. From early July to late August, 3 out of 7 pools are open. In the complex: gym, mini golf, tennis (1 court), table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 4 years. NEW: Padel court. There is also a basketball court and a beach volleyball court.
