It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and reset, without feeling remote or disconnected from town. The home has been thoughtfully renovated for comfort and ease. Inside, you’ll find a queen-size memory foam bed, a spacious bathroom, and a clean, modern living area designed to feel calm and uncluttered. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials for everyday meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple and convenient. Step outside and enjoy open views, fresh air, and outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. A covered carport keeps your vehicle protected, and the surrounding acreage provides a sense of space and privacy that’s rare this close to Lawrence. You’ll have full access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor seating area, grill, and covered parking. This is a self-service stay designed to give guests privacy and independence. While we won’t be on-site, we’re available through the platform messaging system if questions come up before or during your stay. Messages are monitored daily between 7 AM and 9 PM, and we respond promptly to help ensure a smooth experience. The home includes one queen bed. A queen air mattress is available for additional guests and must be requested in advance so it can be prepared prior to arrival. This is a residential property and is best suited for guests who respect the space and surrounding property.
