The apt has a panoramic sea view, a private elevator entrance, original alfresco ceilings, parquet floors, designer furnishings and antiques, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and large living area, private gated parking. The property also offers air conditioning/heating, washing machine, smart TVs, wifi, an electric car charger. The house is powered by solar. The villa sits on a estate with over 200 olive trees,,,. yet is only 10 minute walk to Lavagna, the train station and beaches. It is a perfect hub to explore the Riviera and beyond - 10km - Sestri Levante, 15km - Portofino. 56 km - Genova airport, Cinque Terre - 30 min by train.
