The hotel has stunning landscaping and grounds between its 5 buildings, and the outdoor pool looked like it was in Italy. The renovated gym is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Felt like a great value for the money - rare to say for Switzerland. The only downside is we were in a room on the top floor with lots of beams that made the ceiling height very low; we ran into these hazards a few times so would request another room time for our next stay.

Easy check-in and beautifully decorated room. Mini bar included and water restocked each day. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool with lounges and towels. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

The location was convenient and close to the metro. Our bathroom was extremely small with a high tub, why any hotel puts tubs in instead of showers I’ll never understand. There are several buildings and the pictures are deceiving. The hotel picture on the website isn’t the one you will be staying in. Beware that one pictured is a block away and is where the spa is. Pool was not heated at the building we were in. Staff could have been more friendly.

Amazing stay, very helpful staff who prepared a birthday gift during our visit. Very clean room, well located hotel near the waterfront and Ouchy station. Breakfast was 39 CHF per person as of June 2026, so we didn’t use it, but it looked good.

This is a lovely hotel which has very nice rooms. We stayed in one of the old buildings but it felt like it had been recently refurbished. Very nice finishes and big rooms. The hotel is in a great location in Ouchy and close to the lake and subway up to Lausanne centre. It doesn't have a bar like a conventional hotel however it does have a restaurant and recommends a bar in the sister property across the road. This is maybe why they provide a complimentary mini bar in the rooms which was a lovely bonus. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a first class hotel, situated conveniently near the Ouchy stop on the tram, along Lake Geneva. My room was newly renovated and thoughtfully appointed. Some of the digital conveniences (shades, thermostat) were a little baffling, but the room has a lovely desk and large wardrobe and wonderful for business and leisure travelers. The staff was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I can’t wait to stay there again.
