Room needs serious upgrade! Very old and dated. Carpet frayed and coming up at the bathroom door. Carpet overall looks old and dirty. On a positive note, room was great location to parking garage. Property was not crowded at all for a Friday night!

The hotel was overall nice, only thing would be that I called for towels they said 30 minutes and waited 4 hours and still received noting. When I asked if I could go pick them up instead they said no because they are in a private area no guests are allowed

Front check in staff was not friendly. I asked about a charge when we checked that supposed to be $19. And I was charged $30. They were rude only responding that’s what we charge. We don’t travel very often so I needed an explanation on that charge; No smiles from either of the two women at the front desk just looks at utter disgust that I would even question that charge. Restaurant service was slow but very very friendly which made up for it. It was very full and only two servers but our server went above and beyond in kindness!

Being a Ceasars property we thought it would be nice. Rooms look like a 1980 Motel 6, restaurant was horrible and expensive. Valet was rude. Other than that it was below average

Not at all. It reeked of cigarette smoke through the entire hotel including our room on the 11th floor. The room was dirty, had blood on the light switch and wall, dog food crumbs were left in the corner, webs on the ceiling, thick dirt caked around the floorboard. We requested room clean up and it took 3 hours for housekeeping to show up after 9pm. The blood was wiped off, towels brought in, spider webs removed, but no vacum, no bed change. I requested for clean sheets and changed the bedding myself. The housekeeper explained there was only 1 housekeeper per shift and they didn't start work until 3pm. The casino play card did not work in any machines, I had to change the pin twice and it still did not work for myself or finance. Parking paint lines were so faded. Restaurants were closed. Overall, not one manager offered anything, not even an apology for poor cleanliness and especially blood left on the bathroom light switch and wall.
