Not happy and request my money back. First, hit with long sales pitch for hilton garden vacations. Could not get map of vegas without going through sales pitch. Bars were not open at night, saturday night closed at 10pm. It was a hotel room, not even a condo hotel room. I seriously doubt the owner owns the unit. Asked for wake up call for early morning flight, wake up call never came.When first booked i had to sign up and join nola or something like that and deal with them. Owner listed on VRBO which is where we rented. It is actually a time share so the hotel stated the couldn’t help. Owner wouldn’t communicate with us. A host on Koala wouldn’t connect us to owner. We were on our own.
