It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees or parking fees. Our luxurious condo has stunning views, a private balcony, a kitchenette, a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a luxurious bathroom. The condo sleeps up to 4\. Free WiFi is available in every room. The kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, California shower, and double sinks. The Penthouse has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Check in was smooth and when I go to my room everything was clean! The bedroom was comfortable and the balcony view was very nice once you adjust to the height. For us (with a 12year old) the calmness (and accessibility) of the Signature towers was perfect to come back to after visiting the exciting strip and long drives to Death Valley and Valley of Fire. The penthouse suite had everything we needed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The valet access was wonderful & timely. The balcony overlooks a great view of the strip. Being in the MGM building is great. You can take some walkways to the main complex and enjoy all the casino has to offer. Only drawback was the wind was a bit loud but that wasn’t that big a deal. I really liked it here and would come back for sure. ##### Jeremy S. We were super comfortable staying there , we’re able to cook breakfast and relax in the morning after shows and sightseeing . Unit has jacuzzi bathtub that easily fit two. Such a treat if you walk whole day ! Close enough to all major strip hotels . We felt very secure there . We were delighted with our stay in Vegas. ##### Anna K. I loved the location, close to the strip but on directly on it. Made for beautiful views from the terrace without all the noise from the strip. The room was clean (and I have worked in hospitality so I know what to look for). Whenever I plan another trip to Vegas, I will definitely stay here again. Didn’t love the condition of this room. Shower flooded due to a drainage issue. Was handled quickly. Then noticed one of the sinks started clogging. The room needs some paint. Was not up to my expectations. Pillows stained. Sheets stained with blood dots.
