We booked a premium room which required a phone call to understand the description. Booked it on the understanding that it had been refurbished but it was only partly refurbished with broken cupboards, low grade fittings and mixed crockery, only one knife and no tea towel to dry dishes. Water pressure was really low. Ants were a problem on check in and later during the stay. Provided with insect spray on first instance but on second instance it couldn't be found and we were told to buy our own. Managements attitude was poor and left staff in the lurch. Noise from an adjoining property was disruptive most nights even on the 7th floor. Location was great with fantastic view and bed was comfortable.

Good apartment near beach for good price

Great position, very nice staff, 24 hours, the clean lady as well, old kitchen, warderobe and some other equipment, but beds in bedrooms are clean and comgortable, bathroom clean too. We enjoy our stay here.
