This beautifully updated historic studio apartment is perfect for one night or several, with everything you need for a comfy stay. 3 blocks East is the University of Wyoming and 3 blocks West is the thriving downtown, full of shops and restaurants. Such care was taken with the updates and the bathroom is so classic and inviting! Easy self check-in with keypad entry. We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime! Right in the middle of Laramie’s historic area and so close to UW and downtown! There is free street parking with a spot steps away from the door. Uber & Lyft available. AC is available seasonally, approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day. Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee) The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
