- Perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage with an awesome view of Lake Nepessing. Open floor plan, with newly remodeled kitchen and new appliances, remodeled bathroom, new wood floors through-out. Walking distance to Lapeer Golf Country Club and one of Lapeer's best restaurant Lake Inn located on the lake. You’re just minutes away from putt-putt golf, go-carts, a driving range and downtown Lapeer. Enjoy fishing off the dock and fireworks on the lake during the 4th of July. A fabulous patio to enjoy the gorgeous view while roasting marshmallows in the backyard fire-pit. Relax under the trees while swaying on your hammock, with a drink in your hand. This property has a sandy beach, great for small children. During the colder seasons enjoy Golf of Ice, Softball on Ice, Pond Hockey, Snowmobile Races & Ice Fishing Tournaments.
