The room’s heat didn’t work which means the a/c didn’t work. We had a dog friendly room and the carpet has never been replaced, anywhere in the hotel. The staff was very very helpful, but it is an old hotel which have never been updated.

Sadly, this structure needs updating and thorough scrubbing. The dust aggravated my asthma. Pillows were hard (not firm—hard). Bathroom was in sad shape; door couldn’t close, toilet is very old, need new towels, blow dryer did not work. The coffee in the breakfast area was good.

Everything was great! The place was clean, staff was nice, and breakfast was great! Only other comments about the room are some nicks in the bath tub porcelain, the bathroom door hinges were loose, and some stains in the carpet on the hallway carpet just outside my door. These aren't complaints-- I just hope I don't get billed for any damage. But yeah, everything was great!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting MSU. It was a bit farther from campus than I’d normally prefer, but the price was good. The room was nice and comfortable, and generally fairly quiet—though that can depend on the other guests. The breakfast was decent as well. Overall, I’d consider staying here again if I needed a reasonably priced place.

Getting to be an older hotel. Very family orientated, lots of families stay there for weekends sports events. I stay here when visiting in town family and friends. It is easy to navigate and close to many things, shopping, food, gas stations, great food variety close to this hotel. The bathtub drain did not work so soaking in the tub was out, taking a shower was interesting with the water not easily leaving the tub. Clean towles, I asked for fresh towels twice before I was given fresh towels & had stayed there3 nights. Nice breakfasts in the morning, well maintained, clean, firendly people stay here. Parking is not an issue.

There are restaurants in the area and a farmer's market close by. The hotel is outdated but our room was clean and everything was in working order. The staff was friendly and greeted us right away. I would stay here again since its close to family that I was visiting
