The house is beautiful, fairly new and clean. The check-in and out were easy without complications. Unfortunately, the service and set-up weren’t as great. The wifi wasn’t working, we were only provided with 3 coffee capsules for 4 people and 3 nights. We were lucky to find enough dishwashing liquid for 1 wash and had 2 rolls of toilet paper that just got us through the 3 days. During the 3 days we had to evacuate the house due to bushfires, with no communication and/or updates of the host. We had to find a room at the hotel as we couldn’t go back into the house for the first night with extra costs on us and no electricity until 8pm the day after. Unfortunately, even after making contact with the host, and a small refund for the inconvenience was agreed on, 2 weeks later we have not received anything. A little disappointing overall for the price paid. ##### Laureen E.
