The villa boasts a secluded, quiet, and sunny position, providing you with privacy and the opportunity to bask in the Tuscan sun. It features a private 4,000 m2 garden with a fenced swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 m and a depth of 150 cm, along with an outdoor shower. You can enjoy the pool from May 4th to September 28th. Additionally, the villa offers amenities such as a billiard table, weekly room cleaning service, and parking. An installment plan is available for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa sits on a private 4,000 m2 garden, complete with a fenced swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 m and a depth of 150 cm. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool from May 4th to September 28th, and an outdoor shower is provided for your comfort. The garden also features lovely garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.  
  
Other Information  
Inside the villa, you will find a billiard table and weekly room cleaning service, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Heating is available from November 1st to April 7th at an additional cost. The villa is accessible via a 400 m unmade road that offers ample parking. On weekdays from 8 am to 10 am, pool maintenance and garden cleaning will be carried out. For larger groups, an additional apartment adjacent to the villa with a separate entrance for 4 people can be booked upon request.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The villa is conveniently located just 5 km from the center of Vinci and near many attractions, including Montecatini Terme, Pistoia, Carmignano, San Miniato, and San Casciano in Val di Pesa. You can also take advantage of the nearby grocery store, golf course, and local sales of farm products.

Unit Layout  
Villa Beboli is a spacious villa that can accommodate up to 18 guests, spread over two levels and covering an area of 510 m2. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a TV, another entrance hall leading to the loggia, followed by a living room, a dining room, and a living/dining room with a kitchen corner. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, and there are two showers/bidet/WC on this floor.  
  
Moving to the upper floor, there is a lounge and 8 bedrooms - 6 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds, and 1 small room with 1 bed. There are also 4 showers/bidet/WC on this level. The main building can accommodate up to 14 people, while the remaining 4 beds are located in an apartment annex to the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, and a bathroom. Please note that the apartment is not connected to the main house internally.

Villa Beboli is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. There is a washing machine available for use, and free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The villa also has terrace furniture and a barbecue, making it perfect for outdoor gatherings. Heating facilities are available, but this comes at an additional cost.
