Guest access
-Guests are welcome in all areas of the home with the exception of the basement past the laundry room and garage.
-There are a few locked cabinets through out the house used for personal storage. Please do not enter these.

Other things to note
-Air conditioning is only in living space. Bedrooms are cooled by fans only.
-There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is also room for vehicles directly across from the stairs up to the house.
-Please note that there is a small bridge that must be crossed to get to the property. Large vehicles such as campers/trailer with boats cannot cross and there is no place to park them.
-The house is in the country. Please understand there are farms nearby that we cannot control. Being near the water attracts natural wildlife of all sorts. Please expect animals &/or bugs.
-Lawn care is necessary & may occur during your stay by Hawks Landscaping.
