Where you can have the best country experience complete with wide-open spaces, sunset views, and stars rising above the mystic Lake George. #CozyTinyHome #HolidayHomesNSW The Space: Baxter at Lake George Winery by Tiny Away is the perfect family staycation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home and family-friendly accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a shower (gas-heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have two holiday homes, "Rae," located about 8 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice in advance. Keep in mind that these homes are rented out as well, so you may encounter other guests in shared areas. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas. The Neighborhood: Lake George's holiday homes are situated in a small town next to Lerida Estate, which is open seven days a week, and just a short 10 km drive from the town of Collector. Where you can explore restaurants, cafes, wineries, and activities. So, make an endless list of things to do and come visit Lake George Winery. Spend a day exploring Cockington Green Gardens, a charming display of handcrafted miniature buildings from across the globe. Then head to the National Arboretum Canberra, a living collection of forests and gardens that blend natural beauty with sweeping views and event spaces. For a classic Canberra panorama, drive up to Mount Ainslie Lookout, where Lake Burley Griffin and the city’s landmarks unfold against distant mountain ranges, especially striking at sunrise or sunset. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own firewood. \- We have restaurant and cellar door onsite and is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm. \- ⁠Dinner orders can be placed and collected during these hours or we can place the food in your tiny house if you are checking in late.
