This unique home combines nostalgia with comfort and is a great place for a group of friends or a small family to getaway!! This unique home is nestled within the Hideout Community just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia.
The Treehouse Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first full bath and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor. Both bedrooms have queen beds and room darkening shades to cover the many windows. There is a comfortable living room with a new propane fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter nights.
The kitchen fits this unique home and has full sized appliances and everything you will need to prepare a nice meal. It also has a washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
Right off the main floor is a lovely deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a propane fire table.
Go down the spiral staircase the the bedroom that has a twin bed with trundle and a new propane fireplace. A nice space for the kids!

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
