With a super ocean view, a private pool and garden, 10 mins walk to beach, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central heating, FREE Wifi, IPTV, is the perfect place to spend your holidays! The house is built on 2 levels with the bedrooms on the 1st floor; 2 of them share a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The bedroom1 has an ensuit bathroom with shower, bidet, w.c. and 2 beds. The bedroom2 has also 2 beds. Bedroom 3 has doors to the front garden and a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower and w.c. is located between bedrooms 2 & 3\. The living room on the ground floor has doors opening into a large terrace overlooking the private pool, the sea and the garden. The garden has 4 Sun Loungers. The kitchen is well equipped (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, ling washer, electrical kettle…) and has a door to the pool. Maid service 2x week. How to get there: Fly to Faro airport - a number of UK airlines fly direct including Monarch, EasyJet, TAP and British Airways. The flight takes about 3 hours and Portugal is in the same time zone as the UK. There are lots of flights every day. It takes about 1 hour to reach the villa by car, either in a taxi (about Euro 70) or renting a car - Hertz, Sixt, Europcar and others are available from Faro airport. The motorway from Faro to Lagos is fast and quiet, and the majority of the journey is on this road. A train service also operates from Faro to Lagos. Directions from Lagos to the Villa, about 6 kms, are available. In the summer peak season its best to arrange car rental before you arrive. Lisbon and Sevilha are a 3 hour car journey. Other Sports/Leisure/Night Life and Shopping: Jeep Safaris - Driving over hills and through valleys, along tracks that you´d never find. The safaris take passengers to areas where indigenous flora and fauna are in abundance. Usually a ful day out with a picnic lunch Blokarting - Try the newest sport to hit the Algarve near Sagres - on a 3-wheeled go-kart with a sail attached to catch the wind - is exciting and exhilarating From Luz there are daytrip coaches to the water parks (Aqualand, Aquashow and Krazy World) and the Dolphin Park (ZoomMarine) as well as several museums invite to trips. Gymnasiums and fitness centers all offering standard equipment. Pampering offer a variety of beauty treatment and alternative therapy salons. Further interesting activities are also the Gypsy markets, interesting shops selling gifts adn Portuguese pottery The Algarve's very own night life party capital-Albufeira within a 30min drive. Two huge shopping centers are located in Portimao and Guia within a 30min. drive. International Medical Service: First Aid service in several languages are available 24h a day in Praia da Luz from general practitioners, specialised doctors to dentists and health centers with possible visits to home. There are also public and private Hospitals located in Lagos. In addition Alvor has a private hospital with an excellent reputation, providing a 24-hour emergency service, accepting most credit cards, having a direct link to several major health insurance companies. Portimao offers a state hospital with a very good 24-hour open children's clinic. Elle correspond exactement aux photos présentées. Villa confortable dans une zone résidentielle calme, propre, super équipée, ... rien ne manque et on s’y sent bien! La situation est idéale pour rayonner en Algarve. Le propriétaire a pris la peine d’appeler pour s’assurer que tout était ok. Une dame sur place peut être contactée en cas de problème et réagit rapidement. We arrived to find a very clean and well equipped villa, with a beautiful pool and great sized private garden, set in a quiet location and only a short stroll to the beach and shops, easy private parking out the front, We loved the convenience of having a villa to either relax in the garden on the loungers, chill on the comfy sofas or walk 5 mins in to town where you can find beachfront restaurants/bars and 2 local supermarkets & chemists. We stayed in Sept, the weather was mid thirties and there was still a nice vibe throughout the town, we explored local areas such as Sargres and Lagos both worth a visit The hosts were great, sent us a message as we arrived and kept in contact to ensure everything was ok, We will be back we absolutely loved our stay! Two of the sun loungers were quite badly ripped and we were concerned they may collapse when we sat on them. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. We have just finished a week long stay in this villa in the beautiful town of Praia Da Luz. Initially saw this place on the VRBO website and it seemed to tick all our boxes. Private pool, a short walk to the beach and three bedrooms. I can say wholeheartedly we had a lovely stay. Liete who owns the villa was quick to answer any questions I had, and there were a few! We had a late flight back to the UK and she very kindly let us stay in the villa well past our allotted check out time. I don’t feel the need to repeat what most guests have said about this Villa. The view from the balcony is beautiful. A fully equipped kitchen complete with a few bits and bobs to get you through the first day or so. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. For me, a few observations would make the stay a 10/10 rather than a 9.5/10\. Some pool towels would have been nice, especially with such a lovely pool to use and the beach not that far away. It was blisteringly hot when we were there and only two rooms had a fan supplied which meant we had to buy one for one of the bedrooms. Some plastic beakers for around the pool are required more for a H&S aspect. I managed to break a glass one (sorry) as there were no safer alternatives. Like I said, none of these really detracted what was a lovely stay and we would definitely consider this villa should we return. Das Haus in Luz könnte einige Renovierungsarbeiten gebrauchen!!! Sie wären nicht einmal kostenintensiv! Fliegengitter fast überall kaputt! Einrichtung alt und teilweise ziemlich verwohnt! Sauberkeit könnte besser sein! Bewässerungsanlage macht nachts Lärm (wie sehr lautes ständiges Grillenzirpen)! Positiv sind Lage und Pool zu bewerten! ##### Heike H. Decent pool and adequate garden that was well maintained. Only issues were tiny inadequate BBQ, no pool towels and no mirrors in two of the three bedrooms. The small issues could be rectified at little cost and would enhance the experience, hence the overall score. ##### Philip M. The villa was larger than we thought it would be with everything you could want for a perfect break. The location was also perfect just 10 minutes to the beach and all the lovely restaurants and bars. We plan on returning. ##### John B. The villa features a nice backyard pool, comfortable bedrooms, a 2nd-floor balcony with great views of the ocean, and a nice living room. We loved that it was located within a 15-minute walk (albeit a hilly one) to the beach, as well as to many cafes, restaurants and the Spar grocery store. Luz is also the ideal location for it's proximity to both Lagos to the east, and to the beautiful Burgau, Salema, and Sagres to the west. ##### Eric B.
