Stunning Detached Villa with AC, Wi Fi, Own Pool, Fab Sea Views - Walk To Beach!

Wonderful new 3 bedroom detached villa with fantastic sea views just 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.

The villa's elegant entrance hall with its high Moorish style ceiling and delightful furnishings sets the tone for the rest of this beautiful house which assures you a terrific holiday with all the comforts of home! There is full air-conditioning living areas and bedrooms.

The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen satellite TV and opens onto a fantastic sun terrace with private pool and superb views of Luz Bay and Rocha Negra. alongside the lounge is a delightful dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and terrific sea views. The dining area also has doors to the sun terrace which has an outside dining table and chairs for very special al fresco meals by the pool.
A central corridor has a guest bathroom with shower, opposite which a door opens into the well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc. and lots of cookware, crockery etc., while the washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs. There is unlimited free Wi Fi.
An impressive stairwell leads down to the lower level which has 3 lovely spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is a utility room with washing machine and iron & ironing board.

With a wonderful private pool and patio dining area and sea views to die for, all near to lots of great village restaurants, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes!

Wow incredible property

We all thought it was an incredible property, the view was simply stunning and amazing. Our stay made us all wanting to pinch ourselves, the location is also wonderful. The community made us feel welcome and we appreciated every aspect of our stay of two weeks.

Family Fun in Luz

My family spent a week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and playing games on the patio. Lots of restaurants near by and a short walk to the beach and water activities. Plenty of space for our family of five.

In a fantastic position with great views. We enjoyed using the pool in spite of the weather. There was a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and many restaurants in Luz. It was good to be able to take our hir car off road and in a secured area. We hope to visit again.

Another return to a favourite place

This was our third stay at this villa. A charming and comfortable property in a great, elevated location that combines privacy with beautiful sea views from the living rooms as well as from the terrace and swimming pool. For us, a real home from home. Excellent local house keeper and team resolve any problems very quickly.

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar. Viel Platz, alles top sauber. Strand und Promenade sind in ca. 20 min. bequem zu erreichen, ebenfalls einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Beautiful sea views, it’s breathtaking when you first step out by the pool! The villa had not only towels for the bathrooms but towels for the beach too, as well as hand wash and toilet rolls. There was a well appointed kitchen and check in with a lock box was easy. The villa manager was available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Stunning villa with spacious accommodation and excellent pool. Lovely sea views but realistically the property was too far from the beach to walk. Not all members of our party fit enough for the uphill walk back. Really enjoyable holiday.

What a View!

We arrived on a lovely sunny day and what a view awaited us! The property was very clean with lovely snowy white sheets. The sun beds were excellent and looked new. The housekeeper Clara was efficient and when we had a problem with the TV she came to the property immediately to help sort it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa is excellent with stunning views. Very well kept both inside and outside. Spacious and well equipped. Views are stunning. Air conditioning is very effective, which was a definite plus! Mattresses were a bit too firm for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

The whole stay was perfect. Even though the hill is tough going, walk down and uber back. Baptista delivers straight away. Lovely man. The pool is refreshing and it was always sunny from 6.30am to 8.30 pm. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. Just a perfect stay. We will be back!
