We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great, and the place was lovely and comfortable. The only issue was finding it, as the address listed on Expedia was incorrect, which resulted in our Uber dropping us off at the wrong location. Once we found the place, everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again. ❤️

The area was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet that was included was a beautiful area and lots of choice. Our room was darker and more dated than I expected and the drapery that provided the privacy to our room was torn -the outside shutters only went halfway down as well. There were tiny little black type ants in the bathroom and by the front door inside - I am not certain if its just because it was a more tropical area and they all have this.

Beautiful resort. Loved the walking trails along the ocean. Breakfast was great. I didn’t like the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs were a little steep. I didn’t feel comfortable carrying a suitcase up those stairs.

During my stay at this hotel, I appreciated the relatively calm environment and the pleasant pool area, surrounded by loungers that made for a nice place to relax. The staff were also quite welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, the hotel is somewhat isolated, with no direct beach access, which could be a drawback for those looking to enjoy the seaside. The biggest downside, though, was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms—you can practically hear everything from your neighbors, which greatly impacts privacy. Additionally, the sofa was really uncomfortable, although the bed was large and fairly comfortable. In conclusion, the experience was quite expensive for what it was.

Great place to stay, quiet and beautiful. The pools and the rest of the grounds were very nice. Very close to both Luz and Burgau, two beautiful towns with amazing restaurants and beaches. The room was good too, everything you need is there, the only issue is that we didn’t have wifi or cell reception in our room, but we used it as a good excuse to disconnect ;) Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location and grounds, doing some work on property, some of cabanas and gazebos needed work. Great path to cliffs, and pathways great. Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Pools looked lovely. Part of facility ran out of water our 2nd night and part of next day, no coffee etc at breakfast or shower access. It did come back, but we were checking out. Loved the authentic feeling of it.

Ok but……..

Very basic room with poor privacy screening. The bathroom had a damp musty smell and the shower leaked to such an extent that you had to sit at an angle on the toilet.

The location was magnificent. I wandered the grounds in awe. The trail to the cliffs, not sure if this was resort property, was, thankfully, in somewhat natural condition. The breakfast provided surpassed expectations. There was a wide array of dishes, offered buffet style, with everything from traditional breakfast foods, to fruits, salads and pastries. The wife was spotty in the room where I was staying but quick and consistent in the reception area. Can't really think of anything more I could want except maybe a better selection of "snacks' offered by the bar area because the nearest restaurant was over a km away and you were out of luck if you hadn't made a reservation to get into one of those rstaurants earlier.
