Had a lovely stay at Âncora Park. Pool area is calm and tranquil with many chairs/beds available. Staff was good and able to answer all our questions and even recommended a great cream for sun burns that has helped a lot. Great spot!

Great, clean hotel in Lagos. The rooms and balcony overlooking the pool are spacious. Quite a bit far from the main old town Lagos (10 min drive or 30 min walk). There are a few dining options within 15 min walk, a small grocery store 10 min walk and Praia Dona Ana is 15 min walk, as well as the trail start for Ponte de Piedade. The pool was very well maintained and the onsite restaurant / pizza take away was delicious.

We had a great stay at Ancora Park! Close enough walk to town and the scenic coast. Great parking right out front of our vila. The pool was very nice, but seemed a bit ‘sleepy’. Could use some background music or the like. Albeit, I think this may be customary for Europeans. We are Canadian. We did not try the restaurant on site, but in town we had great meals.

One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was a beautiful hotel with a great pool and great staff. Rooms were very nice and very clean, and the outdoor bar had great food and drinks. Would 100% recommend and definitely come back.

Lovely property with a beautiful pool. Check-in was efficient, and the room was large and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had a variety of hot and cold offerings as well as pastries. The regular evening buffet was also very good. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

This placing was amazing! Very clean, super quiet, and overall gorgeous. The property is so well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect. 7min walk from the beautiful cliff views and 10min walk to town. This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend!

Stunning hotel with apartments having great view south for sun and looking at the pool area. Great walks to cliffs in 20mins and into old town same distance (other direction). Lagos is very nice town to visit with beaches cliffs old Moorish architecture and this hotel is a great base

Very, very clean. Large pool. 10 minute walk to town once we found the quickest route. Chef was very accommodating as we had one person gluten free and the chef made a meal especially for him. Reception staff very helpful and all staff very polite. Would highly recommend.

Very minor issue: We could’ve had more coffee pods in the room, only 1 decaf and 1 regular. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Reception staff were friendly & efficient. Tomato restaurant also treated us well for breakfast & dinner. We had short Uber rides to get us to other restaurants.
